1. The Service

The Service provides conversations with a fictional AI companion. The cast's replies include AI-generated content and do not represent the experiences or intentions of a real person.

Generated content may contain errors or uncertain information. You are responsible for checking information used for important decisions.

2. Sign-in and account management

When sign-in is required, use a supported account that you are authorized to use. Unauthorized access to another person's account is prohibited.

After using the Service on a shared device, sign out and, if necessary, clear the Service's data from the browser. Signing out does not delete server-side conversations or your account.

3. Prohibited activities

When using the Service, you must not:

1. Send information that infringes another person's copyright, privacy or other rights, or confidential information that you are not authorized to send.
2. Access accounts without permission, impersonate others, send excessive requests that disrupt the Service, or bypass usage limits.
3. Break the law or use the Service to harm others.

Safety measures and usage limits may restrict some replies or operations.

4. Availability and changes

Replies and speech are generated using external services. Congestion, maintenance, provider outages and device or browser support may cause delays, interruptions or playback failures. The Service does not guarantee consistent content, quality or speed at all times.

The operator may change the Service's features or content. Changes will be reflected in information provided through the Service.

5. Information handling and account deletion

See the Privacy Policy for information about conversation storage, external processing, cookies, device storage and deletion.

Resetting conversations and deleting memories are separate operations. You can delete your account from settings to remove the account and its associated conversations, memories, settings and usage records.
