Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect and why

  1. Account information: identifiers, email addresses and display names received from your sign-in provider are used to identify and authenticate you.
  2. Conversations and settings: messages, AI replies, timestamps, memories, summaries and preferences are used to continue conversations and generate replies and speech.
  3. Usage and connection information: usage counts, processing results, IP addresses and browser information are used to provide the Service, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and investigate problems.

2. External services

The Service sends conversation text and other information to external services to generate replies and speech and to store data. Account sign-in uses Google.

We use Google Analytics to understand and improve usage of the public website. Google uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and process page visits, referring domains and approved campaign labels on referral links, conversation start button selections, successful conversation starts and Google sign-ins, home page loading speed, responsiveness and layout stability, and device and browser information. The Service does not send conversation text, input content, memories, names, email addresses or account IDs to Google Analytics. Page URLs we send contain only the public page's origin and path. Referrers are limited to their domains; their paths, query strings, fragments and search terms are not sent. UTM values on referral links are sent only if they match fixed labels allowed in the code; the full URL query string is not sent. Authentication and API pages are not measured. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google Analytics is not loaded when your browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. See how Google uses data for more information.

We use the X Pixel through Google Tag Manager to measure advertising effectiveness. X receives cookie identifiers, visit information, IP addresses and device and browser information, and may match these with information on X for advertising and measurement. Our code does not pass conversation text, input content, memories, names, email addresses or account IDs as measurement parameters. The pixel is not loaded when Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control or our measurement exclusion setting is enabled. See the X Privacy Policy for details.

3. Storage on your device and voice features

Cookies and browser storage retain your sign-in state, display preferences, replayable audio and reply text. Saved audio is deleted on the next use after seven days have elapsed, and when you sign out. You can remove data stored on your device through your browser settings.

Microphone input uses your browser's speech recognition feature; the Service does not send recorded audio to its own server. Your browser or operating system may process audio or text through external services for recognition or speech playback.

4. Storage and deletion

Conversations, memories and account information on the server currently have no automatic deletion based on a fixed retention period. You can use the following controls in the Service:

  1. Reset conversation history: deletes conversations and summaries, but does not delete memories, your account, settings or usage records.
  2. Delete a memory: deletes the selected memory. The original conversation and information that prevents the same memory from being registered again are retained.
  3. Delete your account: deletes the account and its associated conversations, memories, settings and usage records.

Signing out does not delete server-side conversations or your account. Search index deletion may take time, and copies in backups or external provider records may not be erased immediately.
